Summary

Description
English: Sai Oua refers to a popular type of Lao sausage made from coarsely chopped fatty pork. Sai oua derives its flavor from kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass, shallots, cilantro, chillies, garlic, salt, sticky rice and fermented fish sauce (Padaek). It can be enjoyed with sticky rice, and often paired with green papaya salad
