Built in 1865, the church is on the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks.
A stone near the top of the front of the church says the following in German: "Erste Deutsche Vereinigte Evangelische Protestantische Kirche Erbaut 1865", which, translated to English, says, "First German United Evangelical Protestant Church built in 1865". |
