➤ MY WORK:
— Main theme of my drawings are dragons and alike creatures; I may draw characters of your original races and etc., but usually I don’t work with anything, what have big amount of fur or hair, but feel free to ask me first, cos sometimes I can handle this job, and sometimes — not. Everything depends on what actually you need and what I can offer to you.
— I DON`T draw any kinks, porn and etc., but I may think about drawing some erotic or mature content for extra fee.
— I can draw some kinds of medieval weapons (swords, shields, bows, spears and etc.).
— Feel free to PM me for details and questions about potential commission.

➤ PAYMENT AND COMMISSION CANCELLATIONS:
1) The Artist (me) can cancel a commission and issue a refund due to:
— rude or inappropriate behavior;
— poor communication;
— inability to communicate in understandable English, Russian or Ukrainian language;
— unforeseen inability to complete the commission.
2) Artist will retain 10% of the commission payment as a convenience fee, if client wish to cancel his order before artist starts working on it.
3) In case of Client cancellation when work was started, no refunds are possible. Client may ask for unfinished work instead.
4) If the Artist cancels the commission, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the Client.
— Clients pays commission (tax) from money refund.
5) Full prepayment required in any kind of commissions, YCHs etc.
— Payment via PayPal, PrivatBank and SberBank.
6) If payment wasn't made within 48 hours, the artist has the right to go to the next commission in the queue / cancel the unpaid commission.

➤ ORDERING AND EXTRA PAYMENT:
1) Price is not fixed and can be higher depending on the complexity of the work.
1.1) Any fixes at sketching stage are free; any fixes after starting detailing are for 5$ each; any fixes after texturing or coloring is started are 10$ each. Artist can refuse made any fixes after detailing is started even for extra fee.
2) YCHs, ADOPTS and Commissions can have their own extra rules and details.
3) Terms of work depends on complexity, my free time and number of orders.
— Usually from 2 weeks to 2 months, but I dont have strict deadline (a deadline can be set for an additional fee if you need to get the job done in some strict periods, for example week-two, etc.)
— I can start your commission faster and out of line for an additional fee.
— I fulfill orders on a first come, first served basis.

➤ ART RIGHTS:
1) The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of an original painting or drawing. This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.
2) My work CAN`T be used for any commercial purpose.
2.2) Using my own characters (non-commercial works) for any purposes, but just sharing, are forbidden.
3) The Client retains all rights to their own characters (this does not allow them rights to the commissioned image).
4) The Artist save the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, etc.
5) The client is obliged to keep credits to the artist when upload commission at any website, journal, etc.
