Your recent edits
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 23:16, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
Ahmadinejad
I saw you revert my last edit (to a better version actually), I just wanted to tell that I didn't try to claim in any way that he is Jewish, on the opposite, when I edit this paragraph it was written in it that "experts" suggest that he's Jewish-while I changed it to the daily telegraph, certainly not experts, and added another real expert opinion that Ahmadinejad is not of Jewish origin. You deleted the explicit assertion for "his" Jewishness from the paragraph and you should be awarded with a star for this good work, but I don't know which one to choose for, just tell me and I'll put it here :).
Cheers--Gilisa (talk) 09:32, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
I think you are very nice. Thank you for your kindness. I am sorry to revert your additions, but the whole idea is only ready to be discussed and not ready to be included in the article.
Cheers! Keep up the good work! --Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 09:50, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot for the star, just saw it!--Gilisa (talk) 15:12, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
Gavin Newsom
Abie, I noticed that the Marriage and relationships section had been changed back. The reason why I placed Rippey-Tourk under Personal but not under M&R is because it's an affair/controversy, not a relationship. They were not a public couple, like his 2 marriages were. If they had been a couple but not married, like Brad/Angelina, that would be a different story. However, if you can show me in the style guide why it should be your way, I'll gladly concede. Thanks! - Thanks for dropping a line, Kaihoku! I'll respond on the article discussion page.--Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 05:50, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- Hi Abie! I followed up on the same page. I think we're both in agreement in what we want to do intention-wise, it's just how to do it right... Kaihoku (talk) 06:48, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

Thank you, I appreciate it. As for the discussion concerning Holocaust: writing is often misinterpreted when "tone" is read into it as if it were spoken. Nothing I wrote on the Holocaust page was meant to be sarcastic or dismissive. I just think we need to be carful not to discuss changes in articles based on our own views we need to find significant views in reliable sources. Best wishes, Slrubenstein | Talk

I added comments here [1], don't revert again...Modernist (talk) 23:26, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
Dear Abie: I noticed that you edited out the following addition I made to Joanna Newsom's page: Polyrhythms, such as those used in Joanna Newsom's music, are common compositional and improvisational devices used by musicians all over the world, and are often taught to children in elementary music education. [8]
Would you mind explaining your motives and reasons? I cited a very well-known and respected form of music education (the Dalcroze method), and elaborated on the uses of polyrhythm by musicians.
Is there something specific you found un-encyclopedic?
Thank you for your response, Ravenwesley —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ravenwesley (talk • contribs) 04:51, 21 October 2009 (UTC)
- I have nothing against the info, except for the location in which you placed it. That info seems to belong more on the article on polyrhythms than on Newsom's page. What do you think?--Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 04:59, 21 October 2009 (UTC)
Said article nomination for GA
Hi, It would be good to see more of this sort of serious article up there, but I can see a couple of "citation needed"/fact tags in there. I suggestion you deal with them and any other clean-up tags, as the GA process is picky on those sort of things. --Peter cohen (talk) 20:57, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for the heads up, Peter. I think I got um, but when you get a chance will you give it another once over? I don't trust my eyes right now.--Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 22:00, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
Good work ironing out the Blake stuff.
Thanks.--WickerGuy (talk) 15:32, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- Anytime. And thank you for adding the thought-provoking info, in the first place.--Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 20:19, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
accounts
I have account, thanks, it's not convenient to login just for minor superficial edits. Riveira2 (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- I think I understand. Anyway, good work.--Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 22:20, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
Milton
The consensus for quite some time had been to keep the title shortened in the infobox just for brevity. I was reverting to the long standing version. As it happens, it was incorrect, anyway, as there is no colon. Cheers! ---RepublicanJacobiteThe'FortyFive' 01:07, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
- You seem to be well aware of what you're doing, even-handed and all. So, carry on!--Abie the Fish Peddler (talk) 01:49, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
- As do you, so, you carry on as well! Cheers! ---RepublicanJacobiteThe'FortyFive' 16:34, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

This is not vandalism, I am deleting the category because categories with ethnic and religious terms are not allowed, therefore must be removed, thanks. Dimario (talk) 16:18, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
- It is regarded as Trivial intersection, not sure where it can be found, but here's an example: [2]
- It is justified because you cannot categorize a person with their religion and their ethnic background together, both are different topics therefore should be separated. Dimario (talk) 16:35, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
